Whey Protein

no. it tastes far better, and provides you with the slower releasing caesin protein.

studies have proven taking fast release protein (whey) and slow release protein (caesin) together to be very beneficial.

it's delivery is VERY SLIGHTLY less efficient with milk but not enough to make too big a difference

therewill also be more calories - but if you are trying to gain - this is good.

another option is to mix it with whipping cream. this is because it has no carbs which may be beneficial depending on your diet.

As ive been taking this today is the first day ive gotten a mighty bout of indegestion. Could this be from the shake or something else?

It could be from the shake. As we get older, we all get a little lactose intolerant - but since it was your idea to mix it with milk, I'm assuming this wouldn't be the case with you.

yeah I had the same, my stomach ballooned up like there was no tomorrow the first time :)
just keep at it but drink it slowly in a couple of weeks you'll be able to chug it and feel fine.

Depends on the manufacturer. If you get "Designer Whey", it was voted #1 in flavor - of course, it's less pure. There's not much flavor to straight whey.

100whey choc flavour = sex
