Whey Protein with Animal Pak Question (IMPORTANT)

I work very hard everyday, sometimes it feels like a workout....and I mean a serious workout. I'm 16 and I load containers as part of my job 20's,30's,40's foot containers with boxes that are like mostly 50 pounds..Sometimes I even load feed onto containers that are like 66 pounds. It is such a strenuous job and requires lots of energy and strength because we load over thousands of 50-60pound boxes per container. When I'm done I could wring the sweat out of my shirt and mop it up off the floor even when working in a cold storage container.

My question is if I use Whey Protein and Animal Pak to fuel me will I still see results as if I am lifting weights. I could always do a little training before and after work if that helps or is required.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I don't know what "Animal Pak" is but Whey protein is just there to supplement you diet. An easy and convenient way to get more protein in your diet. You need to make sure you are getting enough calories to have a surplus if you want to put on weight.

I'm not sure if your work will help you build muscle, but you would be better off with a full body workout 3x a week to start out if you are serious about this.

ditch the Animal Pak. that company doesn't make a single decent supplement anymore.

as I recall animal pak is just their multivitamin. eat proper, and take any decent multivitamin (I like Source Natural's "Life Force) and don't break the bank on anything real fancy. Your food intake should be whole, unprocessed foods, so you should be getting most of your vitamins and minerals there. the multivitamin is just an insurance plan to avoid deficiencies.

Unlike car insurance, you don't need to pay a bundle to be well covered with a vitamin...and Animal products are spendy.
