Whey Protein, when to drink?

I just started taking Whey Protein, now my question is "When is the best time to drink it?" Here is my typical week of working out.

Run 6 miles, 5 am on M, T, W, Th
Run 10-15 miles, Sat am
Run 3 miles, Sun am

Lift weights: Sunday, Tuesday, & Thursday nights

I normally have protein at my lunch & dinner meals.

When is the best time to drink my Whey Protein?

well you should take protein at EVERY meal, all 5-6 of them. Whey is best post-workout, or any time you can't have a whole food protein, substitute a whey shake.
