Sport Whey protein powder

Sport Fitness
I'm a vegetarian, so I try to make sure that I get enough protein.
I've been using whey protein powder to make shakes to drink before my workouts and sometimes just for a quick meal. I've been using Body Fortress Premium Whey Protein Powder:

Nutrition Facts
calories 110
total fat 2.5g
saturated fat 1g
trans fat 0g
cholesterol 65mg
sodium 150mg
potassium 250mg
total carbohydrate 5g
dietary fiber <1g
sugars 1g
protein 20g

Most of the time I use a mixture of soy milk and water to make the shakes.

I would like to "feed" my muscles, but I'm wondering if it's a bad idea for me to drink these shakes while I'm trying to slim down a bit.
I'm aware that protein shakes are not used for weight reduction, as most of them read:
"Use this product as a food supplement only. Do not use for weight reduction."

Sure, it should work well.. try to get as much protein from other sources as you can though. I think that warning is only there to dissuade the masses on radical Atkins-esque diets from consuming whey protein powder as their lone source of nutrition
