Hey, I heard somewhere (I have no idea where) that mixing whey protein with milk was a bad idea. Does it matter? I liked the idea beacause the milk has 8 more grams of protein, and with 1 cup of milk, and 1 scoop of the whey protein I'm using, that puts the shake to about 28g of protein. I started drinking 1/2 of 1 before my workout, and another 1/2 during my workout. After my workout I usually drink another shake, with lots of peanut butter in it haha. Either way, is it bad to be using milk in my protein drinks?
