I have been trying to eat better for the last 3-4 months and its definitely going well. The only problem is i am a little low on the protein. I am looking at ON whey but im not sure i can afford it. Will whey powder help keep me full for atleast a little while? I just cant pay 30 dollars or whatever it is for protein, if it doesnt actually help with the hunger thing. If it isnt very filling, is there any way really cheap to help me out?
