So...I was a college athlete...I was always in great shape, never had to really watch what I ate or anything like that. I was always working out and being active due to sports. However I graduated May 2013, and then I worked in the restaurant industry until December 2014. That's when I got the corporate job I am currently working at, aka, sitting on my booty all day. I got lazy and stopped working out, I haven't worked out regularly at all this past year and it has caught up to me, I've gained weight, and its noticeable. I'm up to about 173 pounds, I am also 5'9". My best weight I was in in college was around 155pounds, so my goal is to lose about 15 pounds before bikini comes around...
