Where is a good place to get a kilt?

I've wanted one with my family tartan for along time but never have found a good place to get one. I noticed there are some scotts on this board so I thought I would ask here. Also, if anyone know where I can get a quality Sgian Dubh. That would be awesome. I've done some searches but that just leaves my head spinnin.

Thanks,

Evo will be along soon.....

Evo just buys plaid skirts from wal mart and calls em kilts... :D

haha...jerk:D

Clipse, how much are you wanting to pay? Do you want a full 9 yard kilt that's traditional or something for more everyday wear? Also, what's the last name you're trying to locate one for?

I would like something preferably under $100 but I may go higher. I want something I can move around it good because my dad is asking me to go in with him in some Scottish game in June. And the last name is Campbell. Outside of that, I'm not sure. I've not looked too far into this before.

Thanks,

I'd buy from sportkilt then since you're wanting to go cheap. Here's the Campbell

You'll see a lot of guys at the Highland Games throwing in kilts made from Sportkilt since they're inexpensive, are move-around friendly, and are of good quality.

BTW...what Game are you going to in June? If it's Arlington...I'll see ya' there.

Yeah. If you get from sportkilt, get the pleates sewn down. Unless you're getting 16oz wool material, then you'll have trouble keeping the crispness of the pleates through sitting and moving around in an all-day wearing situation. But sportkilt doesn't carry wool and it's realllly expensive otherwise.
