Where do you buy your racks (not Hooters)?

I am looking at picking up my own "home gym" so I don't have to drive over to my buddies house to use his. Basically I want to be able to: squat, bench, top pully (lats), bottom pully (rows).

Where's the best place to shop as far as price goes for this type of equipment?
 
back in november i got a body solid power rack from fitness factory for $299 with free shipping. there is a lat attachment that can be purchased seperately
