well, there are different sectiosn of the forum (you are in the fitness.com lounge) and each section has different threads (you are in a thread I created titled "Where did you guys go?") you have the ability to post in a thread (as you just did) or create your own thread. You can click on anybody's name, to bring you to their use profile. There, you can befriend them, or send them a private message, etc.
