when will I be able to exercise daily?

Four Weeks ago I started doing HIIT on an exercise bike. I do 7 minute warm up. Then 9, 30 sec high intensity burst in between 2 minute recovery intervals. I'm now able to go max effort for 30 seconds straight. By 30 second mark, I can't move my legs but I still keep the RPMs at around 90 during the recovery interval. I require a full 48 hours of recovery time. when will I be able to do low intensity exercise on the exercise bike on my recovery days? in only a month I've noticed a small increase an endurance and strength in my legs and my lungs. I love exercise so much I really wanna be able tI do it everyday.
 
I don't see why you can't do low intensity cycling on your 'recovery' days now. Just start off slowly and gradually increase the number of minutes that you do all at once. Ideally, try to vary the activity... walking, light swimming, etc. instead of always cycling.
