If I were you I'd take them at breakfast and dinner, that way they's be about 12 hours apart and you'd get the most benefit. From what I've heard, excess nutrients are just excreted out of the body, so taking them at the same time would be a waste.

Hope this helps.

Hey Buddy,

I just got these.....R they really any use? I guess its not too late to keep them or to give them back. Well I thought I am gona go on a diet and I should have them. Other than that...have no idea what these do to me? The lady at the GNC......you know said this will do that..this will do this and Finally I had to pay for it, but I am still

So guyz, gals, Brilliants... Please enlightne me on if i had to keep this or no. I take protein and Amino's as well. Do you think I still need these? (This is the same question I asked the GNC lady and you know next........ )

I'm not really a fan of taking extra aminos save for some BCAAs around training time but even then that's the last thing that one should worry about. There are better multivitamins..

I take my multivitamin either in the morning or right after a workout, when the body absorbs nutrients the best.

Evolution is right on. Amino's are nothing but free-form protein. Typically you won't need them unless you are training EXTREMELY hard; and even then the need is questionable. BCAAs though, can be beneficial.

As far as the multi, taking them ever 12hours or so is perfect. That way, as AngelKae says, you will maximize your chance at absorption. However, as Evolution says, there are better multi's out there... WAY better!

A couple of things to look for when choosing a multi is the choice of ingredients. Does the multi use chelated minerals? Where do the vitamins come from? are they synthetic or from whole food factors? Is there a full antioxidant compliment or not? All important, though maybye subtle, factors in your decision.
