when to take protein????

ok i have a protein shake post weight workout right and the morning after have another shake then that day i do cardio dont have any protein.then the next day weights again with protein and so on.my quistion is should i take protein after my cardio as well and somone told me i should take it before bed 2????????
 
You should get protein in every meal, around 6 times a day. There is no one best time to get it, you need it ALL the time.
