When to take CellMass and Protein.

I have been taking 2.5 scoops of protein everyday immediatly after my workout. Recently, I just picked up some cellmass and it says to take it when you wake up (on an empty stomach) and immediatly after workout (on an empty stomach).It also says for maximum results dont eat or take any shakes for 20-30 mins after your cellmass shake.My question is...When should I take the protein? Wait till 20-30 mins after the cellmass or just take my protein immediatly after I take my cellmass? Will it make a difference?
 
those instructions make no sense. cellmass is just expensive creatine (with 2g of glutamine that doesn't do anything). you should be able to take it ONCE per day, immediately post workout, with protein shake.

however when it runs out, do your wallet a favor and get plain creatine monohydrate. Cellmass is creatine ethyl ester..it costs a lot more than monohydrate, and there is exactly NO research that has been done that proves it any better than (or even as good as) creatine monohydrate.

500g of monohydrate should run $15-$17 and last you 100 servings, or just over 3 months. Vs almost $40 for 40 servings of Cell Mass.
