Is cycling more designed to help dissolve fat or is it better excusively for people wanting to tone up their legs? Or is it useful for any aspect? If I had chubby legs and wanted to rid them of that state would it be a good idea to cycle more?
I know its probably good either way, but you hear many different things and just wanting confirmation from someone more experienced. Fitness has too many theories going around
