My wife and I are just starting a new weight loss routine, and one thing that I'm not sure of is when would be best for us to eat. We'll be working out in the evenings, so would it be more beneficial to eat before we work out or after? Personally, I'm thinking after because the thought of doing much strenuous exercise after eating makes me worry about getting to visit with my meal more than once.
