i was feeling dizzy,and funny. I decide to start to working out, to see how i felt. I starting feeling funnier, so i decide to stop..... Did i flake out on myself.... or was it the rite thing to do?
Sometimes when I am dieting .. I get headaches or get dizzy.. it is mostly when I am not eating enough or I am dehydrated. But never start working out when you are feeling dizzy.. just take it easy!
