When should i start to bulk up ?
Im 5'5 an im 12 stone 0 pounds but i still look fat, it could just be loose skin..
Would you say it's loose skin an should i start trying to bulk up using the weights, protein shakes an loads of protein foods or do i still need to lose some more weight first before i start bulking up ??
Im using weights at the moment !
Im woried incase it is loose skin because it will take ages for it to go !
Also what type of foods would help tighten your skin an keep your skin healthier, some people say nuts ?
