H2O I certainly noticed changes within the first month, now approaching week 11, there are definately clothes that I will NEVER have to wear again .
We are getting a whole new style of uniform for work and I have had to order 2 different sizes cos I have no idea what size will fit by the time they arrive, luckily we can exchange within the first fortnight of receiving them.
I have quite a significant amount to lose. I noticed straight away with my clothes but it took to about 15-20kgs before anyone really was noticing I lost weight which can be dishartening. I have now lost 44kgs and everyone asks what have I been doing. With the compliments coming, now is the time I don't get complacent with it all as I am only half-way. I feel absolutely ashamed to think how awful and horrible I looked before. I really don't know or understand how I got like that......NEVER AGAIN!!!
On a positive note, I am doing something about it and it's not ever too late. So ongoing and looking forward to the loss of the other half of me.......
For me I dun really notice until about a month plus later when I went back to my office(I work out-station most of the time) and peoples started commenting. I think I had lost abt 10kg by then.
Although I've lost almost 15kg and about 37cm I can notice a difference in some clothes but I haven't had one comment yet.. but then I do still have about 50kg to go
I just started Cohen's & I have been going on the scale daily... I just have to know if this is going to be a rapid weight loss or not...since I have so much to lose. I noticed the next day...everyday...the weight has gone down, down. ..down..down...down. I have over 100 lbs to go, so I know no one will notice till I lose 25 lbs or more...I hope...I think my face and the fat puffiness will have gone done. Either way, I know its happening and my clothes will know.

I found initially people were saying I looked well, unless they knew I was on the program. But lately everyone has been commenting. I've just moved into "normal" and tighter clothes. I think the difference is more noticeable when you move from fat clothes to thin clothes!
People are also reluctant to make a comment unless they know you are on a diet for fear of offending you! Its like asking someone when the baby is due and finding out they are not pregnant! It's such a sensitive area that people are afraid to ask in case you get offended, or they find out you've got cancer or some sickness thats causing the weight loss!
