What do people here think about wheat germ? I don't hear a lot of people talking about it, but I consume quite a bit of it and would think it's nutrition profile would make it a good choice for anyone wanting to eat healthily (who is able to eat wheat, of course). I add heaps of it to my yogurt/berry/nut mix, my sauce when I'm making pizza or pasta, and sometimes my salads. Does anyone else make it a part of their diet? Is it a good addition to an athlete's diet?
