I measured my resting heart rate yesterday morning, as I thought I might be overtraining. Normally my heart rate is 70/72 (measured a couple of months ago), so I was expecting it to be higher than this if I was overtraining. I got a pleasent surprise to find my heart rate had dropped to dead on 60. I've always associated such a low resting heart rate with being super fit, so I'll now consider myself super fit
What's everyone elses resting heart rate like? There's some pretty fit people on here so i'm sure someone is gona have lower than 60.
