Sport Whats your Macro breakdown?

Right now I'm doing 40-protein, 40- carbs, 20-fat, and I'm having good results.(I'm cutting)
But I've also done lower carb higher fat. I'm interested to know how others breakdown.
 
If I had to guess, I'd ballpark mine at around ....

- carbs ......50% - 55%

- fat...........25 % - 30%

- protein......20 % - 25%
 
100% carbs. Everyone is taking the low carb approach so I thought I would try the opposite. Its th emost delicious diet for sure.

Seriously though I like my breakdown of 40/40/20. When I tried low carb I didn't even have the energy to finish my workout.
 
35-40% fat
30-35% protein
25-30% carbs
