I like this thread for music is always my best buddy during workouts. My playlist for workout is usually filled with hiphop and dance music. Most of the songs are from Lady Gaga and Beyonce. I have added new songs of Katy Perry as well. For cooling down, I always play the song Caribbean Blues.
And other 80s music is perfect for exercising. I have never run faster than during Rebel Yell. It's like he's telling me to move my ass MORE MORE MORE.
some good old school hip hop, house, or sometimes rock (limp bizkit, linkin park, etc). stuff that gives you that adrenalin hit when you're pumping weights or running for your life.
