hi
As you know Im new here and I want to introduce myself
Im 20 years old 6feet1 230lb
I came to US about 7 years ago and I was about 55kg, during those 7 years I gained 50kg, about couple of years ago I started trying to loose weight
I have tried everything (pills, diets, treadmill, even the belt that you probably have seen on tv) 3 years ago I went back to my native poland for vacation I lost 10kg in 2 months and wasnt even trying. Unfortunetely after a couple of months in the US I gaind what I lost and since than my weight stays the same no matter what I do.
Anyway, thats my story and I hope I can learn something here.

Welcome! I'm fairly new too. But I've just recently started counting calories. I watch what I eat, but I don't deprive myself of foods I like to eat. I just make sure that I stay in the 1200-1500 calroie range. Thats a lot less then what I was used to eating. I also go on the elliptical trainer for 30 mins 6 times a week. It seems to be working out for me. So far I actually lost almost 2 pounds and it's only been going on for a bit more then a week. Good luck to you!
