I heard that eating 6 meals instead of 3 big ones keeps your gut small, which is good. I've been eating 6 meals for some time. Anyways, I just finished what seems to be a BIG meal. Here is what I had;
3 chicken breast strips
1 whole wheat bun
2 tomotaoes
2 peaches
Soup
I feel BLOATED. This damn woman! (my mother) She always does this to me! >_<;; She makes all my favourite food and puts "effort" into it, therefore I always feel extremely guilty if I turn it down, so, I end up eating it ALL.
I was wondering, is it bad to eat a somewhat BIG meal like this a few times a week? And will it really make a difference at all?
