Set another goal I imagine. Thats what I have done so far, seems my goal is always 10lbs heavier than I am. From 155 to 205. I think 210 may be the finish line I have been looking for.
Well first thing i'm gonna do is call up all my friends and say - hey guess what guys i gained 15 pounds this year isn't that great...Seriously though, what is there to do?
