Whats the best way to lose weight effectively without going to gym

hello,

I have gained alot of weight in the recent times, now i have noticed its going to create problems for me and have decided to lose weight but i do not have time to go to a gym. So, can any one suggest me some suitable workouts that can be easily done at home and basic tips for losing weight.

The biggest factor in fat loss is diet, it is possible to loose without exercise however getting adequate exercise is important for general health outside of fat loss.

The easiest non gym exercise is to simply go for a brisk 20 minute walk each day.
 
I agree diet is essential,
Should i focus on only fruits and veges ?
and i used to jog for 20-30 mins but thats like 10 years ago.
 
A good mix of both is required but veg will be lower on sugar and calories so you can eat almost as many as you like of vegs.

At home exercise - there is many short HIIT workouts that are amazing for losing weight and free ones can be found on youtube and places like that.

A good place to start is simply cutting out processed foods. That way you will lose weight initially without counting calories and exercising but exercise will be vital for long term weight loss and your health in general.

Exercise will increase your metabolism which helps your body fight fat

Simple exercises can help. No need to go to a gym. Jump rope, stairs, basic cardio to start. I am going on vacation and will be doing the following:

stretches
jump rope
plank
stair climbers
sit ups/crunches
