Sport What's the best calorie tracker?

I am trying to create a journal of how much I eat and would like to use software to make this easier to do. I just tried two online calorie trackers and they were useless.

igoogle - it didn't even list whey

- definitely trying to advertise products to you

so can anyone recommend a good online calorie tracker?

I use fitday too, and just add in the custom foods I eat (like Nitrean).

its easiest if you can accurately weight or measure all food, and stick to whole, unprocessed foods.
 
pencil + paper + memory ? =P
Its harder at first, but after awhile you will know the exact amount of everything in all the foods you eat.

I've used fitday also, its pretty good.
 
There are a lot out there like on Lance Armstrong's site. A majority of them are free like fitday. My suggestion would be to Google "Free calorie counter" and demo each one. They are all pretty much the same. Just need to find one that you can easily use.
