I'm new to this forum so I'm sorry if this is covered in another thread.
I'm looking to purchase an activity tracker to accurately work out how many calories I burn each day.
The average pedometer is not good enough because it doesn't take in to account activities for example like using a spin bike or weight training.
I've read some reviews about devices that use the same technology as a pedometer and also incorporate a heart rate monitor but I'd like to hear some unbiased views.
