WHats some good workouts to do at the gym on the weight machines while trying to lose weight????

I'm doing the turbofire cardio and looking into lifting light weights as well.I was looking into some weight dvds like Jillians Shredding it with weights, but some days Id want to workout at the gym on the machines too.


SPo can someone give me some tips on what to do? I have no clue o_O

I don't have a gym membership, but at home I usually break up body parts into different days like body builders do. On Mondays, Wednesday's and Thursdays upper body. Tuesday's, Friday Lower body. I love to dance so I usually forget that I am working out until I sit down and my legs feel like rocks lol. I can dance for hours at a time and what that dancer's body. I don't really like the marathon body look. I actually started a new challenge that begin Jan 16th. Message me if you want more information.
