I was wondering what type of foods do you guys usually purchase at the grocery store? I want to start purchasing healthier foods but I'm not sure what I should get.
 
Breakfast foods: high fiber cereal, oatmeal, skim milk, eggs, fat free yogurt, fruit


Lunch foods: lean meats i.e Turkey, roast beef, or chicken on whole grain bread, fat free cottage cheese, fruit, small amout of mixed nuts, salad


Dinner Foods: brown rice, veggies, chicken breast, whole grain pasta, salad


Snacks: low fat popcorn, mixed nuts, jerkey, fruit, veggies
 
Breakfast- oatmeal and banana Lunch- Spinach salad with salmon Dinner- Whole wheat pasta with low sodium soy sauce Snacks- celery and peanut butter, carrots, raisins and fruit salads
