I think they have mixed up the list for acid/alkaline yeilding foods. Lemon juice is an acid and they have it on the alkaline yeilding list along with a whole load of other things that are very obviously acids. Where did you come across this list?

It's definately messed up. Are the other articles any good or did you find they have things mixed up in those as well? That list would make me a little suspicious of what they have in the other articles. The pH scale they have at the beginning is right, but the rest of the lists are messed right up.
Oranges,lemons and so on. While externally they be considered "acidic" once ingested they are considered alkaline. Very few fruits are considered Acidic.
