I am new to shopping and eating healthy. Just curious, when you guys go grocery shopping what items do leave with?

My favourites:
Veggies= cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, green beans, potatoes, zucchini
Fruits= strawberries, bananas, pears, apples, oranges

Vanilla yogurt, cheddar cheese

Water,Coconut water, Multi-vitamin water, Diet Pepsi/Cola

Whole wheat rolls, whole wheat croissants, whole wheat pasta

Chicken breast

Nuts, Trail Mix
 
I eat very basic stuff, similar each day, its just become how I eat and what I am OK with.

Porridge, 1 box comes in 10x 30g sachets, makes it easier for me to not overeat!

Apples: 5 max

Chicken or prawns in a preportioned packet, plain or occasionally with added seasioning but nothing that adds fats or too many calories (like 10kcals added).

Green vegetables, frozen- I can easily munch my way through an entire bag in one night! LOVE my veg!

Tomatoes and occasionally carrots. Good to eat on when I feel hungry.

Soup- low cal stuff like tomato and basil or vegetable and barley. 130Kcals a tin max.

Diet lemonade- a guilty pleasure!

Sugar free mints- good for hunger pangs, I don't tend to over eat these as they cause wind and PAIN if over eaten!
