I'm not sure if this is the proper place on the forums for this, and if it's not, please let me know and i'll move to the right area!
I'm absolutely at a loss as what to do for lunch M-F. Being a student, I roll out of bed in the morning and go to class--either eating nothing, or eating something random and unhealthy (usually nothing though). Thing is, due to an an internship/job/whatever you want to call it, I go straight from my last class of the day to there. I have no choice, it's part of the gig. Because of this, I find myself sliding into a drive-thru, grocery deli, etc, getting a quick and easy bite to eat to take to eat when I get there.
So my question is, what is something easy, healthy, and filling to eat, that will get me thru the day until dinner that night? Are things like Lean Cuisine, SmartOnes, etc., something good to invest in to keep in the freezer at work and heat and eat everyday? Are there other things I could look into? I'm totally at a loss here, and I know just not eating anything during the day is not the answer.
Thanks in advance for everyone's thoughts and advice!
