What's better: swimming or running (sprints)?

So basically I have a 6 day workout program. 3 days I lift weights and the other 3 days i do some sort of cardio. 2 of the 3 cardio days I do distance running (>6 miles). On the other day I can't decide between doing sprints (100m and 200m) or swimming laps. My overall goals are to tone up, get a 6-pack, and build muscle. Which workout would be better in terms of my goals? Maybe I should do swimming one week and sprints the next? Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

In feel both are good for cardio however swimming is very low impact on the body.

Running is excellent forms of exercise as well as swimming and choosing the best one depends entirely on your health and fitness . Running and swimming both improve your body. Running burns calories the fastest and improves bone density, while swimming provides a low-impact total-body workout.

You can do both. It´s about burning calories - If your goal is to get toned and a sixpack.
I prefer running, as I feel and see the results wery fast when running.
I would surgest, make a descicion, make a plan and start getting faster and faster. Run faster and allso longer and another day swim and so on. If it´s fun it gets done.
