What's a good squat/bodyweight ratio?

I've heard a good ratio for this is 150% of your bodyweiught, though I'm assuming that is for a one time lift. What would you say a good ratio is, for a 3x10 exercise?
 
A good ratio is whatever one puts you to near failure on the last rep of the last set...

You can't really get an exact answer for this, it's all relative.
