Gnc Mega Men is a really good multivitamin for the price. Go pick some up. If you are interested in spending more money pick up animal pak. However its 11 pills per day as opposed to 2 with megamen.

pick up the cheapest, its the same stuff and costs pretty much nothing to produce so no reason to pay for the brand.

I use GNC Mega men, I heard Centrum Ato Z is good too....I guess they r all pretty much the same, they r all afterall vitamins...hehhehe

I just started on Source Naturals "life force" multivitamin. its supposed to have a very high absorption rate.
no vitamin is worth a damn if you don't absorb it.
