Hi I'm new here and I have a question on what I should eat everyday. I plan on running for a while everyday. My goal is at least 7mph for 30 minutes, but that's a while off. Right now I'm eating way too much bread everyday I think. I eat around 8 inch sub like bread with meat and cheese, then 2 toasted whole wheat bread with peanut butter+nutella. I need a good meal plan. I need a good cereal to eat for breakfast. My favourite that I eat everyday is Vector, but I don't know if that's good.
I plan on eating only 1 toasted whole wheat bread with natural peanut buttter and nutella (or I could switch to pure jam), an apple, and banana. I'm a university student and my options are very limited. I need something that will fit in my backpack and will last for at least 6 hours. I know that doesn't sound like much to eat and I'll probably starve. I don't have much flexibility right now at all so I need to make the most of it.
