Hey everyone,
So I am a 20 year old and i currently am at the weight of 220 before college at the age of 17 i weighed a healthy weight of 165 i am 5'9 so i know my healthy weight is higher than most but this is getting out of hand, i have tried exercise and it works for a week or so but i cant get myself to stick to it. i have changed my diet, gone off my birth control witch was part of the weight gain to begin with. I love being active, and i just want to be at my old healthy weight again. If you could help me with any kind of things that may have worked for you that would be great! thank you so much i am willing to try just about anything!
