Most of those are grains -- pasta, rice, bread, and by the looks of it (just glancing at the pictures, I'm far too lazy to read), dal. Tomato is technically a fruit, although it's normally recognised as a vegetable. Potatoes are vegetables, although they're often lumped in with grains. Eggs are...eggs.

Most grains are primarily carbohydrate, with a little bit of fat and protein. The energy in tomatoes and potatoes is also primarily carbohydrate. Eggs are primarily protein and fat, with a whole lot of vitamins and minerals in the yolk (making the yolk more nutritionally valuable than the white, which makes me want to put people through a blender when they throw away the yolks thinking that it's better for their diet).
