I just got out of the hospital a couple of weeks ago, I didn't really feel like moving so I order pizza because they deliver! So I ate pizza (pizza hut veggie pizza without mushrooms) for breakfast, lunch, dinner for about a week. Then I noticed that my hair was falling out a lot! After that I have been trying to eat better. The problem is that I just don't know what I should eat, and I can't stand cooking meat because it's gross and bloody looking. And now I'm suppose to stay away from vitamin K, which is mainly found in green leafy vegatables which sucks because I love broccoli.


Any suggestions on easy things to make to get my daily nutrition in? Or examples of meals you make?
 
Rice? I eat a lot of rice. And if you can by chicken frozen, you can bake in it the oven from frozen and you don't have to deal with the bloody grossness. I also hate the bloody and love broccoli <3
