Hello all, I'm 6"4 and weigh 149kg. I never thought i was that big untill i went for a medical a couple of weeks ago (I knew I was big, but that was just embarrassing!). I've bought myself a push bike and started doing weights. I'm wondering which extra nutrients i should buy to lose weight but build muscle at the same time?
I've got some whey protein because i heard that was good for what i want to do, but i'm not sure how much of that I should be having a day?
Any help would be great.
