Sport What to Take

Sport Fitness
I'm in the military - 24 years to be exact (Air Force). I really never had to deploy since I REALLY began my workout/nutrition regime. However, in November I'm deploying for a week to partake in "wargames" down in Savannah. I eat 5-6 meals a day, and given the situation I'll be in, I really won't be able to eat as much as I have been. Additionally, I will have no refrigeration where I'll be. Could someone give me some ideas (even a good protein bar) of what to bring? I can stuff things in my pockets, I'll be pretty much working in an office setting, but again, no refrigeration for chicken and the like. Of course, there will be the mess hall, but I'll be working some weird hours, so it won't always be accessable. Beef jerkey is pretty much out. I tried that in April when I was gone for a week, but I got very constipated!

Help!

Sir,

SMSgt Bailey here from Andrews AFB, MD. I have a suggestion on a great product to get results.

I am also a personal Trainer and I work with an well renowned Nutritionist named Susan Sly. We both advocate Juice fasting but you have to make sure you replinish you body with good vitamins and minerals. We call it cleansing. The best product on the market is ISAGENIX Cleans For Life. We also have excellent Supplements that you can take with you.
