What to take with creatine when loading

I am in the loading phase and have it split up into 4 equal parts. I spread these portions throughout the day. One I take immediately after my WO, with simple sugars (such as fruit or a bagel).

Do I need to take the other doses with sugar as well? I've read in some places to take it with a glass of fruit juice. But then you read to only have these sugars post wo to avoid fat storage. So which is correct?

If you're loading, what do you take the creatine with? Does it need to be taken with sugar? I've also read to take it immediately upon waking up, post wo (late morning), mid afternoon, and right before bed.

take it straight with water...
 
Hi, Juice is OK, Creatine need sugar for BETTER delivery. The sugar from fruits is fructose its a bit slower, if you noticed most creatine combos contain dextrose which has a higher effect on spiking the insulin, you can buy dextrose by it self at your local health food store. You can also add Nitric Oxide for delivery. Creatine will work fine by itself, but add ons are like a turbo effect.

loading phaze

8am
1pm
6pm
11pm (or around jus before i go sleep)

i always take it with water during loading phaze

the next phaze i just take it with a protein shake after work-outs, when not working out, i just take it around 1pm
