I cant buy everything I need to have a normal diet.
I want a balanced diet though.

Im trying to find CHEAP foods to eat that will help me stay full.
I eat granola bars too much, and they just dont cut it.
I like to eat fruits and most veggies.
But when I eat fruits like apples and oranges, I find that they make me hungry or give me stomach pain.
And the only raw veggies i like to eat are carrots.

Probably the rest of them I have to have cooked in some way.
I have NO idea what to eat.
If i go to some diet website with recipes, i dont have the ingrediants, and i cant afford to buy them. So im looking for cheap foods that I can get in bulk.
Also, I want some foods that can fill me and can keep me satisfied for a few hours.

Go to a bulk store and get you a big bag of chicken breast. Great for you and the protein will help you feel fuller longer. Get you a big bag of brown rice. Very cheap and good for you. Eat more fiborous veggies. They tend to make you feel full. All 3 of them options are good for you and very cheap. Invest in a few seasonings ans sauces and you can basically eat the same thing daily and it will never taste the same.
