Sport What to Eat?

Sport Fitness
I'm in a lot of sports camps this summer and I'm thinking about my diet - on one hand, I want to lose fat and such, so I don't want to be eating a lot, but on the other hand, I want to have enough energy to get through everything, 100% every time. Some basic info on me - 14 yr old female, most recent timed mile - 7:21, sit up test - 80 (that was the max), push up test - 15, sleep roughly eight hours nightly, weight - 125 lbs, height - 5'8''.

Now, here's my schedule...

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
7:00 - 8:30 Running Camp (usually about 40 min spent actually running)
12:00 - 2:00 Basketball Camp

Tuesday, Thursday
7:00 - 7:30 Running Camp (these days, I won't actually do the running; I'll be there for abs)
8:00 - 11:00 Tennis Camp
12:00 - 2:00 Basketball Camp
6 PM - Running (not sure how long)

Well it looks like you will be burning alot of calories so focus on your carb intake. with all that working out you will need more then the average person. You hear alot about the atkins diet and whatnot but carbs are good for you! you need them for energy!! so i suggest you look at what you normally eat and see what you can substitute with healthier foods. as for your carbs think white is bad! brown is good! white bread and rice is highly processed carbs (thats bad) you want whole wheat breads and rice they are more natural and will give you "healthy carbs" try eating fruit about a half hour before your camps, not alot maybe a few strawberries or an apple, no bananas! this will give you energy for your camps and make you feel a bit full so youre not hungry all the time. Good luck!!

Alright... well can anyone give specific advice (like meal ideas)?
