What to eat and do?

I have been eating approximately 1800 calories a day but that doesn't help too much.

30 minutes of cardio then lift for an hour at the gym (I do increase weight or reps if it gets a bit easier).

Not sure what I should eat in terms of getting good nutrients and keep low on calories.

Currently 6 foot 5 and 335 Lbs I was 345 about a week ago but mostly water weight i am thinking?

Help would be appreciated!
 
Hi,
I think you should take more protein and reduce the amount of rice (I guess because you are from asia, right?). I takes a lot more energy to break down protein than the amount needed to process rice. btw, watch closely what you eat, try to avoid trans-fat, saturated fat (a lot in red meat).

You should take Calorie controlled diets. It helps people in fighting obesity and have healthy body, but one thing which is very essential along with this diet plan is, regular exercise. Healthy lifestyle only needs a diet which is full of nutrients and healthy foods. You must want to know how to lose weight with these diet programmes.

You are doing the right thing by exercising, keeping up your cardio. But you are right the biggest problem in your lifestyle is the amount of calories you are taking into your diet. Being Asian myself, I know the kind of diet you probably consume. Have you ever tried trying a weight management program from Herbalife?
