Hi im 16 and i weigh about 230 i dont look fat because im tall but i just wanna get down to about 190-200. Im really trying to hit the weights and do exercises so i can get my pecs built up and get a 6 pack but i dont know exactly what to do. Im willing to put alot of time into this if somone can just like tell me some exercises or somthing to do. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
