What to do?

I was wondering what kind of supplements I should be taking. I am 5'10 and 160 pounds. I have lost almost 20 pounds since the beginning of August with the help of Hydroxycut Hardcore and a lot of exercising :). I still have a small gut, but I want to get stronger and turn it into a six-pack. Also, I do not want to look like a huge bodybuilder.

1. Is there any way I could get muscle but not gain the fat I just lost?

2. What would be a good workout routine?

3. What types of supplements should I be taking?

Thanks,
JarrettS

20 pounds in 6 weeks?

Well, you've almost certainly lost some muscle and water in there with that fat, since the body isn't too capable of getting rid of that much fat that quickly. If you're mostly done with losing weight, then you might want to work on regaining some of the muscle you've lost. That would entail reworking your diet to include a caloric surplus.

Don't automatically look to supplements. Get your nutrition and workout lined up first, then see if you even need any after that.

If you're spamming Hydroxycut, then get bent.
