at the moment i just eat one meal a day in the evenings and not really anything else during the day, i just dont feel like eating in the mornings at all.
i was 240 pounds but have got down to 200 by dieting, the problem is im sure i`v lost some muscle too because of my diet.
i am still overweight by a fair bit,and now iv started working out with free weights but often feel drained before i even start and im sure its lack of energy.
i want to lose fat still but gain muscle too, how many calories a day do you think i should aim for? the more i read i see eating more meals a day with less calories seems quite popular? also i was wondering if protien shakes might be a good solution.
